Louisville Metro Police Department charged a man for allegedly torturing baby birds and livestreaming it has turned himself into authorities.

LOUISVILLE, KY - LMPD issued a warrant for the arrest of Prince Woodson. Later Tuesday evening Woodson turned himself in.
He's accused of putting a live baby chicken in an air fryer or a stove and cooking it until its death and faces a charge of cruelty to animals, 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor. The incident was livestreamed on his Instagram.
After allegations that Prince attended the UofL Speed School, the University launched an internal investigation. They stated that they were working with student affairs and campus police.
